SERVICE CALL CHARGES
ACT AND QUEANBEYAN
Call Fee $185 (Includes 30 Minutes Labour)
Our Call Fee is only charged for the first visit, if we need to come back with parts the charges for the second call will be parts and Labour only.
Additional labour
(After 1st 30 minutes)
$40.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof)
Our Call fee covers the overheads and time required to send a van to your home, diagnose your appliance, carry out any small repairs or send a quote if required. Our Call fee includes 30 minutes labour.
SURROUNDING SUBURBS
Including Yass, Murrumbateman, Bungendore etc.
Call Fee $250 (Includes 30 Minutes Labour)

WARRANTY REPAIRS
IN WARRANTY REPAIRS
The first step is to make a service booking, this can be done by clicking the “Book A Repair” button on any page of this web site, we will confirm a date with you shortly after we receive your request. If you would prefer you can call us on 0455 082 698 and we will be happy to take your booking over the phone.
Please note that if you have a Bosch or Asko Appliance you must first contact them, and they will raise a job for you for us to be able to attend.
As mentioned by your Agent when booking, if your appliance is found to be not covered under warranty conditions then charges will apply and are due at the end of the job.
On your scheduled date, we will have our service technician assess and repair your appliance.
If your appliance requires new parts, then parts will be ordered and once received we will ring and make another appointment to reattend.
Be sure to have a copy of your purchase receipt to show the technician upon his arrival.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
